In my role as a Spiritual Life Coach, I create trust.
My clients feel safe and protected while they explore their lives and experiences to discover their authentic selves and true callings. One of my philosophies is that we all want to feel loved, accepted, and validated and want to have a safe and trusted place to BE who we are all meant to be. It is when you are living your true life’s purpose that you will be joy-filled, achieve optimal health, greater abundance, empowered relationships and a passion filled purpose. My coaching is a collaboration, a win-win for my clients and me. This is where true happiness lives. Your happiness is my desire for you.
How did I come to these empowering beliefs and teachings? Through my story, my life experiences and how my path led me to education and more wisdom. There is always a beginning, an impetus to what is the inspiration behind the experience or event. My story was the power for my inspiration to become a coach.
The youngest of three children, I was born into a loving family. My parents were high school sweethearts. Unexpectedly, my father transitioned (passed away) when he was 32 years of age, leaving my mother with three children under the age of five.
Uncertainty led my mother to remarry and our lives changed. My father had been a loving and strong figure in my young life; as I grew I faced negative experiences and his absence left me without his wise and positive, supportive messages that otherwise would have served as buffer and counterbalance to the negative messages.
As I matured I started to believe certain things were true about me and my life based upon how I felt. I created those beliefs. My feelings were my indicators that I was either good or bad and that certain things in my life were good or bad. All of these experiences, thoughts, feelings, and beliefs were mine. No one made me think, feel, or believe any of them. I created them.
Despite negative messages I received from some people I encountered, I knew deep down that I was inherently a good person. For the life of me, I could not figure out why anyone could think otherwise. Yet life was giving me experiences, thoughts, and feelings that just did not appear to agree with this “inherently good person” concept that I knew was the truth, my truth.
I also felt an external force that was so much bigger than me. It couldn’t be seen; it was a sense that I had received in an unspoken message a truth beyond me. I vividly remember being a young child out in nature when this sense, this feeling, came over me that conveyed: “Everything is going to be okay. You will be taken care of.” It was as if a big booming voice bestowed this gift upon me, yet there was no sound, no distinct tone. It seemed to be everywhere outside of me and it deeply penetrated my beingness. That statement became my anchor. I was so relieved about the conflicting messages related to whether I was a good person. I felt safe about the present and the future. A peace and calm transcended me.
What I’ve Learned
Since then I have honed in on my feelings, which inspired my curiosity to find out what it all meant and I began to dive deep to question and educate myself. I began to ask questions, a lot of questions, over a period of years starting when I was 12 years old. “Why” is such a great start; would you agree? This has been a life-long journey that eventually led me to become a certified Spiritual Life Coach so I could assist others on their journeys. I feel so passionate when I am serving others.
I had many experiences in my early life that might be considered horrible, however, I am ever so grateful for those experiences because they have led me to know that I have found my purpose. My calling. It’s so exciting when I am sharing, coaching, and offering guidance. That is how I know others can achieve this same feeling while finding their purpose, getting unstuck, finding love relationships, deepening relationships, achieving better health, and creating abundant lives. I’ve lived it and know that this is my truth.
My Toy Box
My fundamental tool that I live by and teach by is to make life a game. Why? Because it is so much more fun. When I am faced with a challenge, I go to my happy place, pick up one of my toys and the tension evaporates and the downloads start streaming in on what resources I can seek out or who I need to speak with. Then everything comes into reality as easily as if I was a child playing in the park. When we are in our most creative playful spirits, is when the infinite intelligence, God, shines His light. When we shine and bask in His Glory, we light up the world. Life becomes easy, effortless and so joy- filled. Happy. That is our true purpose, to be happy.
Thank you for taking time out of your day to look into the possibilities of living a life of purpose filled passion and re-igniting your light.
Bio & Back Story
As a Certified Life Coach
I share my perspectives and insights with clients who are eager to develop new strategies for managing relationships with themselves and their life experiences, clients, staff, co-workers, government agencies, and community. I also guide clients to develop tools that provide them with the opportunity to expand their lives, exploring purpose, careers, abundance, and financial, physical, and emotional well-being. I welcome the opportunity to enlighten and empower you through my coaching.
In my thirty plus years of experience as Director of Wellness for Daniel D. Ross CPA APC, I have developed an in-depth understanding of how to cultivate and nurture positive, professional client relationships. My effectiveness in managing relationships is based, in large part, on my intuition and perception, a keen sense of the “energy” in a variety of situations, my ability to educate others, and a gift for facilitating situations in which all parties are on the same page and working toward mutually beneficial interests.
I Like to Make Life a Game
Why? Because it expands the mind to see the limitless possibilities for any given experience and because it’s so much more fun. I refer to my tools of choice as toys, and through the use of these toys, you will be able to release old and new habits that are disempowering so you can enjoy life to its fullest possibilities and shine your light.
“And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.”
~ Nelson Mandela
When you shine your light and are happy, you will attract the same into your life, creating more joy, abundance, and health.
